More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the images.

Additionally included in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct sections of the land.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
